Job Summary: Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in electrical substations, coordinating and guiding the field team. Key Highlights: 1. JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in medium- and high-voltage electrical substations, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems. Coordinate and guide the field electricians’ team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and established deadlines. Completed technical education in Electrotechnology, with active registration at CREA. Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical substations. Knowledge of substation protection, control, and command systems. Certification in NR 35 (Work at Heights) and NR 10 (Electrical Work) — basic and SEP; Valid driver’s license category B. Basic computer skills for report completion and activity tracking. Proficiency with digital checklists and photographic reporting via mobile application or email; full availability for travel and work in various locations including **Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Rio Grande do Norte**; availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by the contract. KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office suite SKILLS Technical and operational leadership. Agility in decision-making. Effective communication with team members, engineers, and inspectors.
