RESPONSIBILITIES **Areas aligned with your strengths** All responsibilities you will assume: Expand * **Key Activities & Responsibilities:** + Understand both the distributor’s field and internal sales force; + Disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle; + Lead by example—both in the field and in the back-office—and serve as the main contact point between Red Bull and the distributor; + Set distribution and coverage targets for the distributor, and, where possible, internally break them down across teams; + Develop weekly/monthly performance analyses, identify issues, and propose action plans. Train and lead by example—participating in the distributor’s daily/weekly/monthly meetings and regional meetings; + Monitor all sales KPIs, utilizing all National and Regional reports provided, and building your own tracking tools when necessary; + Conduct audits and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor; + Train and support the distributor’s sales force, disseminating Red Bull’s execution standards, providing feedback, and leading by example. + Manage implementation of Red Bull marketing materials and control of Red Bull market programs. + Ensure achievement of your personal performance KPIs; + Build and manage your routine between field and office work, ensuring presence with the distributor’s entire team and participation in Red Bull’s internal schedules. EXPERIENCE **Your knowledge areas and expertise** most relevant to this role: * Completed undergraduate degree * Valid and active Class B driver’s license (CNH B) required * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Advanced English is considered a plus * Sales experience (beverage industry experience is a plus) * Experience leading sales forces (direct or indirect) * Experience in Point-of-Sale execution * Travel: 20–30%
