We are looking for a Senior VMware/Storage Infrastructure Analyst to join our team and contribute your knowledge and skills! **Responsibilities:** * Design infrastructure, storage, and disaster recovery solutions; * Perform environment analysis and troubleshooting; * Lead incident and critical problem resolution for the infrastructure environment; * Manage on-premises and public cloud data centers; * Create and maintain automations for daily N1 and N2 team tasks; * Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, updates, and Disaster Recovery testing; * Evaluate and propose improvements to infrastructure monitoring; * Actively participate in researching new technologies, seeking knowledge updates and adopting improvements into service infrastructure; * Review and lead potential delivery workflow improvements together with the Governance team; * Manage IT incidents and problems; * Lead performance analysis forums, identify and monitor action plans; * Experience in mission-critical environments and resources with high availability; * Experience in 24x7 critical environments. **Work schedule: 8x5, from 08:00 to 17:00, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday** Requirements: Requirements: * Knowledge of virtualization; * Knowledge of VMware environment architecture, implementation, troubleshooting, and migration; * Experience with host activation and configuration of policies following best practices; * Ability to troubleshoot key features and performance issues, and conduct Disaster Recovery tests; * Proficiency in infrastructure concepts such as storage (RAID, SAN networks, NAS, Object Storage), protocols (Fibre Channel, NFS, iSCSI, etc.); * Proficiency in server administration, virtualization, storage, and backup; * Knowledge of Dell, HPe, and Cisco UCS blade servers; * Knowledge of Dell Unity, PowerStore, VNX, VPLEX, and Metro Node storage systems; * Knowledge of Dell VxRail; * VMware certification is a plus.
