Specify, develop, and maintain software systems using project management technologies and practices, aiming for organization, productivity, and quality. **Your challenge will be** * Work with observability tools: **Zabbix**, **Grafana**, and **Datadog**, among others. * Perform analysis and troubleshooting on: Kubernetes, networks, and operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Develop and implement scripts and automation and monitoring solutions using languages such as Shellscript, JavaScript, SQL Server, among others. * Work in Cloud Computing environments (**Azure**, **AWS**) and related tools (**CloudWatch**, **Prometheus**). * Responsible for managing escalations through an escalation list and coordinating meetings of responsible parties in war rooms to resolve critical issues. * Complete incident post-mortems, document them, and present the results. **Above all, you must identify with our purpose: valuing people so each one can build their own story.** **In addition, it is desirable that you have** * Over 2 years’ experience in the described area; * **Technical Knowledge:** Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, Cloud Computing, Kubernetes, Shellscript, JavaScript, SQL Server language, Computer Networks, and Operating Systems; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Basic/Intermediate Technical English. **It will be a plus:** Certifications in Zabbix, Datadog, or similar monitoring solutions.
