We have an opening for you to become a Prospera Customer Specialist, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your area.
Your role here will include:
Managing portfolios and prospecting new micro and small entrepreneur clients;
Conducting in-person visits to our clients;
Identifying and acting upon potential partnerships;
Ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction;
Preventive collections;
Negotiating agreements;
Monitoring portfolio delinquency

For this role, we value:
Completed high school education or technical training (a university degree is even better!);
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite;
Strong communication skills;
* Experience in microcredit is a plus.
