**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Currently enrolled in a technical course in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Fundamental knowledge of occupational safety and compliance with regulations; * Availability to operate equipment such as blowers, injection molding machines, mills, shredders, compressors, chillers, and dosing units; **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in industrial maintenance; * Knowledge of plastic transformation processes; * Familiarity with 5S practices and management systems (IMS); * Basic technical English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment, as directed by the team; * Monitor work orders and assist in simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs (de-energized); * Assist the maintenance technician being shadowed in simple tasks, following received instructions and using required tools and equipment; * Organize manuals and catalogs, and maintain 5S standards within the department; * Ensure proper care and preservation of equipment and tools, guaranteeing appropriate usage; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations according to IMS procedures. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PcD).**
