Fleet Supervisor - Garanhuns-PE (1)

Description: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Experience with large-scale freight carriers or logistics operators; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and team management is essential; Previous experience in the food industry is desirable; Availability to reside in Garanhuns\-PE. * Ensure supply to Integrated Partners by planning and monitoring product distribution, aiming to meet their needs while aligning with NATTO’s goals regarding prices, deadlines, quantities, quality, and delivery flow according to each partner’s storage and unloading capacity. * Guarantee compliance with established fleet policy standards by providing proper guidance to the team, informing them about parameters and methodologies for freight rate spreadsheets, raw material intake control, and conducting technical visits/inspections at Integrated Partners. * Ensure appropriate use of fleet vehicles by verifying cargo type, product quantity, and loading schedule to determine the most suitable vehicle for each transport, as well as evaluating its performance and/or defining new transportation alternatives. * Ensure planning and execution of preventive maintenance and fleet efficiency through analysis of PCME (?) considering variables such as oil pressure, tires, bearings, filters, brake linings, among others. * Ensure corrective maintenance is performed at the lowest possible cost through analysis and recommendation of parts to be used. Ensure proper fleet usage by employees and continuous monitoring of maintenance costs and fuel consumption through guidance and control via fleet management system. Ensure prompt response to vehicles experiencing mechanical issues en route by making service teams available in a timely manner. Ensure the warehouse receives accurate forecasts of parts required for preventive and corrective maintenance by analyzing fleet status, maintenance scheduling, and issuing Purchase Requisitions (SC), if necessary. Ensure and monitor the tracking of maintenance costs for each fleet vehicle by recording associated expenses and generating cost reports. Ensure control over the useful life of replacement parts by analyzing replacement data within the maintenance system. * Contribute to reducing company costs through critical analysis of operations under your responsibility and interaction with other departments. * Guarantee and promote increased levels of safety, quality, and environmental protection through planning, organizing, and controlling the dissemination and consolidation of specific philosophies, as well as developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving relevant policies, standards, and procedures. 2509180202241759030
