Job Description Will work as a Unit Manager ensuring the delivery of financial results through the management of people and pre-established processes, disseminating the company's culture and values. Responsibilities and duties * Responsible for team management: recruitment and selection, feedback, scheduling (planning and managing), time tracking, training, development, monitoring employee routines, and terminations; * Ensure that the team complies with standards, guidelines, operational procedures, and internal policies; * Conduct periodic alignment meetings with the team, sharing results and promotional initiatives; * Perform assessments with new clients; * Execute sales and resale of laser hair removal packages (in-person/online); * Monitor and deliver all financial and operational results of the unit; * Guarantee that the company's service standards are met within the unit; * Provide excellent customer service: clarifying doubts, handling contract-related matters, etc.; * Conduct follow-up on NPS surveys and manage client responses; * Monitor issues and answer questions regarding treatment outcomes, providing assistance and clarification to customers; * Establish partnerships and perform customer prospecting; * Plan and execute action plans for operational indicators: commercial and clinical; * Responsible for proper equipment functioning, common areas, as well as maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at the unit; * Handle administrative tasks of the unit: analysis and submission of reports, opening service tickets, purchase requests, inventory management, and third-party supervision; * Monitor and keep documentation required by regulatory agencies up to date. Requirements and qualifications * Higher education degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Previous experience in sales team and results management; * Analytical and strategic thinking; * Skills in in-person and online sales; * Flexible working hours.
