This professional will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments — **commercial, administrative, pedagogical, and student services** — guaranteeing service quality, goal attainment, and student satisfaction. If you possess leadership skills, enjoy developing people, and have a strategic mindset focused on results, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Supervise the school’s daily operations**, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards; * **Monitor and guide teams** (commercial, administration, teachers, and support staff); * **Manage goals and performance indicators** (enrollments, retention, satisfaction, revenue, and delinquency); * **Organize administrative routines**, payment tracking, contracts, and documentation; * **Ensure excellence in service delivery** to students, parents, and guardians; * **Support marketing initiatives and internal events**, strengthening the school’s brand; * **Conduct alignment meetings** with teams and report outcomes to senior management; * **Resolve operational issues** and propose daily improvements for the unit. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Management, Administration, Education, or related fields is a plus); * Prior experience in **team management or unit coordination**; * Profile: **organized, communicative, and proactive**; * Skills in **leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making**; * Basic knowledge of **Excel, digital tools, and performance reporting**. *(Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus but is not mandatory.)
