Assistance with daily departmental needs ##### **Description** Administrative Assistant for Parts Department Main Responsibilities * Process incoming and issuing invoices; register suppliers and parts in the system; * Conduct parts quotations and monitor purchase orders; * Update stock spreadsheets, manage inventories, and file documents; * Provide administrative support to the manager and staff, assisting with the parts department’s daily needs. Requirements * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative routines is desirable; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with management systems (ERP); * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and self-motivated; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
