We seek a committed, responsible professional with strong analytical skills who values precision in tasks and reliability in processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customize records according to service demands, processing files containing information to be printed, evaluating visual and textual quality, adjusting print parameters, and supplying printers with necessary consumables—ensuring final quality standards. * Register completed items in the internal system using dedicated equipment for data and security element reading, verifying inconsistencies and performing manual entries when required, ensuring information integrity. * Organize and sort completed records by shipping destination, preparing batches for pickup and delivery at the end of the workday. * Support, as needed, the process of capturing applicant information and supplementary documentation, contributing to service efficiency and responsiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Basic computer skills; * Initiative, confidence, and organizational ability.
