Job Summary: Administer service orders and/or contracts in accordance with organizational guidelines to ensure that material and service contracts meet scope, cost, and schedule requirements to fulfill customer expectations. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring correct handling of orders with respect to timing, scope, and cost; * Maintaining an updated Backlog file; * Ensuring purchase orders are issued to internal/external suppliers for all order deliverables; * Critical review of purchase orders; * Keeping the supply and service delivery schedule updated to issue the estimated monthly billing value; * Identifying costs incurred for materials and equipment held in inventory and/or penalties resulting from failure to meet purchase order delivery dates; * Participating in project handover meetings, as required; * Executing order adjustments whenever necessary and in accordance with each BU’s rules; * Requesting billing for service orders and verifying their payment; * Performing revenue recognition estimates and coordinating activities with various support teams to obtain estimated recognition; * Coordinating material deliveries in collaboration with various support teams; * Collaborating with the Service Coordinator on service execution, billing, and recognition; * Controlling costs, inventory, and unbilled orders; * Maintaining constant contact with the customer to update deadlines and obtain billing authorization; * Reviewing checklists for order closure. **Who You Are:** You maintain a positive attitude despite adversity.
