




Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling and resolving connectivity tickets, diagnosing network issues, maintaining network equipment, and providing user support. Key Highlights: 1. Network monitoring and technical support functions **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Handling and resolution of connectivity-related tickets (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnosis and resolution of network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Basic installation and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Network monitoring and user support. Ticket and procedure logging and documentation. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Undergraduate program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
