Basic maintenance of network equipment **NETWORK ANALYST I** **Job Description:** Customer support and resolution of connectivity-related tickets (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Network problem diagnosis and resolution (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Installation and basic maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, access points). Network monitoring and user support. Ticket and procedure documentation and recording. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Bachelor's program in Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
