Organized, welcoming environment with high service standards. ________________________________ Responsibilities * Commercial customer service via WhatsApp (text, audio, and video) * Conversion of leads into appointments and procedures * Sales funnel control and organization in CRM * Consultative follow-up with hot and cold leads * Support to reception and guidance of patient experience (when necessary) * Post-sale support for retention * Participation in training sessions and strategic meetings ________________________________ Requirements * Experience in customer service and/or sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems ________________________________ Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Flexible scheduling required.
