




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for managing KPIs, recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, offboarding, and training, as well as drafting job descriptions. Support for employee development and integration MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor HR metrics using spreadsheets to support strategic decision-making. * Manage recruitment and selection processes, including tests and interviews. * Conduct onboarding for new employees, introducing them to the company’s culture and history. * Administer the Profiler assessment semiannually on the Sólides platform to map behavioral profiles. * Oversee performance evaluations, ensuring timely execution and employee training. * Conduct exit interviews and tabulate data for preventive and corrective actions. * Manage training programs. * Draft job descriptions based on the Brazilian Occupational Classification (CBO) and internal forms to maintain up-to-date records. * Serve as a strategic support partner for employee integration, development, and people management within the organization.
