If this resonates with you, join us in building and maintaining our technology infrastructure to operate at high SLA/SLO levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deploy and manage cloud resources such as servers, networks, firewalls, databases, and load balancers; * Design and implement architectures focused on security, stability, scalability, and reliability; * Support development and security teams in defining infrastructure requirements; * Monitor environments and provide operational support; * Participate in on-call rotation (18x7 shifts); * Keep team documentation up to date; * Automate infrastructure and support activities; * Implement infrastructure-as-code while ensuring code is protected, updated, and documented; * Collaborate with developers throughout the application deployment lifecycle and during incident response; * Provide feedback, metric insights, and data analysis to development teams; * Automate continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines; * Generate performance, availability, and reliability service metrics reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience with public clouds such as AWS and/or GCP; * Experience with container engines such as Docker, containerd, and/or Podman; * Experience with IaC and GitOps tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, and/or Puppet; * Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, and/or GitHub Actions; * Solid knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating system administration and troubleshooting; * Solid knowledge of scripting languages, especially Bash and PowerShell; * Good knowledge of observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Fluentd, and/or Elastic Search; * Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems architecture; * Knowledge of web server administration and troubleshooting, such as NGINX, Apache, and/or IIS; * Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP and HTTP; * Mindset oriented toward automation and continuous improvement ("automate everything!" mindset). **Additional Information** It would be a plus if you: * Have experience managing, monitoring, and administering container orchestration services such as GKE, AWS EKS, or AWS ECS; * Have experience working in environments adopting DevOps culture and practices; * Are proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, or Go; * Have advanced knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or SQL Server.
