We are seeking a Product Owner to operate at the core of our product strategy. You will serve as the bridge between the Food Service market and our engineering teams, ensuring our POS solutions are not only functional but essential to our customers’ daily operations. If you enjoy diving deep into customer problems, negotiating solutions with developers, and ensuring alignment across the entire company, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Discovery and Definition: Deeply understand the pain points of Food Service customers and translate those needs into clear requirements and high-value features. * Technical and Business Refinement: Explain the problem context and proposed solution to developers, maintaining an open posture toward technical feedback that may optimize or adjust the initial scope. * Cross-Team Facilitation: Act as a facilitator across multiple development teams (without direct management), removing business impediments and ensuring smooth roadmap execution. * Internal Evangelism: Present product updates to Support, Training, and Customer Success teams, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared to support and promote new features. * Backlog Management: Prioritize deliveries based on business value, technical effort, and impact on end customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with SaaS or POS Products: Prior experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in management software. * Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to seamlessly shift between technical discussions with developers and business presentations for non-technical departments. * Negotiation Skills: Ability to listen to engineering feedback and collaboratively adapt solutions without losing focus on the customer’s problem. * Agile Mindset: Proficiency in refinement ceremonies, writing User Stories, and defining acceptance criteria. * Process-Oriented Vision: Understanding of the operational workflow of a Food Service establishment (sales, inventory, cash closing, etc). **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in the Food Service Market: Direct work experience with restaurants, bars, or franchise networks. * UX/UI Knowledge: Basic understanding of usability to collaborate with designers on intuitive interfaces suited for the dynamic PDV environment. * Technical Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of APIs, integrations, and databases to facilitate discussions with the engineering team. * Stakeholder Management: Experience managing expectations across multiple departments in a fast-growing environment. **Additional Information** **Benefits: Caring for You and Your Growth** **Meal Allowance**: R$660 per month; **Life Insurance**: Fully covered by the company; **Health Insurance**: 70% covered by the company according to employee’s age; for dependents under the Health Plan, cost is 100% borne by the employee, based on age. **Dental Insurance**: Fully covered by the company. **Transportation Voucher (VT)**: Provided as needed (deduction of up to 6% of salary); **Birthday Gift Card** (freely usable balance). **Join a team that values your talent and potential in every way!** Come transform the dining experience in restaurants across Brazil with us.
