We are looking for a **Senior Data Science Analyst** to join our Technology team—**REMOTE WORK**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Understand business-area problems and translate them into advanced analytics and AI solutions, maximizing value proposition; * Analyze diverse company data to maximize efficiency and implement improvements across products and services in various business areas; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build a productive and healthy work environment; * Prepare technical and business reports on proposed solutions and addressed problems; * Co-develop and present executive-level materials; * Communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders to present strategic insights and align expectations regarding initiative progress; * Promote digital transformation across the company; * Validate, support, and evolve production solutions through quality metric monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their applications; * Knowledge of generative AI techniques and technologies (e.g., RAG, agents, MCP, observability) and their applications; * Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g., regression, distribution properties, statistical tests and appropriate usage); * Experience in commercial development of solutions using programming languages oriented toward advanced analytics and AI (e.g., Python); * Ability to propose customized and scalable solutions for diverse problems; * Best practices in software development applied to the proposed methodologies; * Advanced English proficiency. **Your energy stands out even more if you have these items:** * Master’s or doctoral degree in Optimization, Operations Research, Computational Intelligence, Data Science, or Machine Learning; * Solid experience across full ML and Generative AI project lifecycles; * Experience with commercial tools for pipeline management, data storage, and development environment management; * Experience in the fuel marketing sector; * Knowledge and experience applying language models and cognitive services to real-world market cases; * Experience in commercial development of solutions using other programming languages (e.g., C, C#, Julia, R). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
