Then come discover more about the challenge we have for you! **Our Internal Audit Team** Its objective is to conduct continuous, independent, impartial, and timely assessments aimed at enhancing corporate governance, risk management and controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements—thereby contributing to the achievement of Elo Serviços’ objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** *As a* *Senior Audit Analyst,* *you will:* The Auditor role is a key position within the company, as Auditors operate across diverse areas, continuously identifying risks in evaluated processes and providing independent and impartial assessments of the control environment. * Support the execution and high-quality delivery of the Annual Internal Audit Plan for Processes/Finance, assisting in planning, organizing, and monitoring the Internal Audit team’s activities according to the annual plan approved by the Audit Committee; * Be assigned to complex audit projects, actively participating in decisions regarding audit scope, extent of required audit testing, and structure of the audit report; * Present and discuss findings with auditees to consolidate mutual understanding of the audit outcomes and formalize identified risks; * Prepare audit reports containing identified issues and corresponding action plans; * Conduct periodic follow-up on action plans included in audit work, ensuring timely follow-up to obtain evidence aimed at identifying root-cause resolution and risk mitigation; * Participate in internal audit initiatives seeking improvement and innovation. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this challenge, we require that you: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration. * Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal/External Audit or Internal Controls.
