Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research market suppliers of products and services by collecting pricing information to identify optimal opportunities; * Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases or service agreements under the best possible terms regarding price, quality, and delivery schedule; * Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, tracking delivery progress and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms; * Identify new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative supply sources; * Research alternative products aligned with production process capabilities to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing costs; * Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery as scheduled; * Track return processes for goods delivered that do not conform to order specifications; * Update supplier price lists and internally disseminate updated pricing information to relevant departments; * Conduct factory visits to supplier facilities to maintain technical knowledge of purchased products; verify product manufacturer quality and credibility; * Prepare and analyze competitive bidding maps containing supplier proposals; * Register new suppliers for quotations and inquiries as required; * Contribute to product and service quality by applying established quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards and procedures during task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Business negotiations; * Account analysis; * Negotiation skills; * Microsoft Office Suite; * ERP module knowledge; * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
