Maintenance of operational laboratories The professional will be responsible for managing the pedagogical team’s personnel, including hiring, training, and supervision, as well as managing indicators related to attendance, student retention, and contract recurrence. They must ensure implementation of the proprietary teaching methodology, interact with students and their guardians, and provide solutions to daily occurrences in the students’ teaching and learning process. Maintaining organized and operational teaching laboratories is also part of the professional’s scope of work.
