Technical degree in Building Construction or related field preferred. Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or real estate management. Knowledge of technical and safety standards related to buildings. Ability to prepare technical reports and inspection certificates. Previous experience with Global Mobility, international relocation, or support for expatriates preferred. Ability to handle cultural differences. Fluency in Mandarin and/or English (spoken and written). Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with management systems (SAP). Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Manage the building infrastructure of corporate and residential properties used by expatriate executives, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, renovations, and adaptations of building installations. Conduct technical inspections of properties, identifying needs for improvements, repairs, and adjustments. Manage third-party contracts, including maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping companies, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Interface with real estate agencies, condominium management firms, and suppliers, negotiating, contracting, and monitoring service delivery. Support international relocation processes, ensuring properties are ready to accommodate executives and their families, with emphasis on comfort and functionality. Process invoices, manage payments, and track expenses related to facilities and infrastructure operations. Interface with building services providers, including negotiation, contracting, and oversight. Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding buildings, accessibility, and safety. Prepare technical reports, inspection certificates, and maintenance schedules.
