If you’re eager to learn, join us on this journey! **Responsibilities and duties** These will be your challenges as a **Project Planning Intern**: * Assist in preparing and updating construction and project schedules; * Assist in interfacing with internal departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure adherence to established plans and deadlines; * Assist in administrative routines of the department, aiming to fully support all team members’ functions; * Assist in collecting data related to project progress; * Assist in identifying network failure points and saturation, generating tickets for failure resolution via Helpdesk; * Assist analysts in monitoring KPIs, documentation, and reporting; * Assist the team in drafting routine and procedural documents across all company departments; * Assist inspectors and technicians in documenting trainings and/or audits, updating reports and making information available; * Assist in collecting data related to field or remote project progress. **Requirements and qualifications** **Do you identify with our challenge?
