Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities & Duties * Perform high-quality and timely **preventive and corrective maintenance** on electrical, hydraulic, civil, furniture, and air conditioning systems. Respond to internal service requests and collaborate to ensure all departments operate according to Fasano/JHSF’s high standards. * Maintain and repair **electrical panels, lighting, pumps, exhaust fans, split air conditioners, heaters (electric, solar, and gas), generators, and kitchen equipment.** * Treat and polish surfaces made of **wood (doors, floors, ceilings, furniture)**, ensuring finishes comply with Fasano standards. * Perform civil works such as painting, floor and ceiling repairs, texturing, piping, drains, door adjustments, and cleaning of grilles and siphons. * Monitor and supervise services performed by third-party contractors, selecting appropriate tools and ensuring excellent execution. * Record intervention statuses, report results and any difficulties to the Maintenance Supervisor. * Suggest operational and structural improvements to hotel facilities, promoting preventive practices and optimization. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechanics, Refrigeration, Construction, or related fields; complementary courses (NR10, NR35, CLP) are a plus. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in building, electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration maintenance within hospitality, facilities management, or industrial sectors. * Proactive profile with strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and capacity to work effectively in teams. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including on-call duties and occasional non-standard hours as required by hotel operations. * Residency in or easy access to the São Paulo area of operation.
