This professional serves as the technical reference within multidisciplinary squads, handling automations, integrations, and operational efficiency within the context of the “Limpa Nome” product. Main Responsibilities: Guides the team on technical decisions—including software architecture and DevOps—while managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks that advance the Product Operations Squad, its technical health, and the data layers guiding operations. Acts as a bridge between product, engineering, and stakeholders, proposing improvements to technical processes and operational innovations. Supervises deliveries, conducts code reviews, and mentors junior developers—with continued focus on efficiency and quality. Tech Skills: Proficiency in both backend and frontend programming languages, with strong expertise in Python and Go. Proficiency in Agile practices (Kanban preferred). Mastery of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog and Splunk). Analytical mindset. Relational and non\-relational databases. Proficiency in Product Ops tools (Amplitude and Google Analytics). Experience in project management, unit testing, and scalable system architecture. Operational data/metrics analysis.
