If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day\-to\-Day Will Include:** * Authorizing team departures with properly loaded vehicles within the scheduled time; * Monitoring route operations, maintaining contact with partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries and prevent potential product returns; * Tracking area KPIs, analyzing trends, proposing improvements, and periodically presenting results to the team; * Ensuring vehicle safety conditions by monitoring the completion of checklists/daily logbooks by your team; * Complying with and enforcing guidelines related to the Integrated Management System (SGI): Food Safety, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; * Developing your team by transferring organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required to perform tasks and foster employee development; * Maintaining a clean and organized workplace; ensuring adherence to established safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Minimum three years of experience in logistics operations; * Valid Brazilian driver\'s license, Category "B"; * Intermediate Excel skills. #### **Nice to Have:** * Bachelor\'s degree completed; * Experience managing teams. **Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 AM to 4:18 PM.** **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance plan with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental insurance plan; * Emotional Well\-being Program; * Wellhub (gym network); * Life insurance.
