Requirements: **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Defining and prioritizing the product backlog, aligned with business needs. Planning and tracking the roadmap, epics, features, and milestones of the project. Preparing executive reports and presentations to communicate results to leadership and track delivery progress. Participating in agile ceremonies and monitoring delivery progress. Engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align expectations. Supporting technical decisions related to architecture and system integration. Monitoring product metrics and delivery quality. Documenting workflows, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. **Responsibilities and duties:** Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic objectives. Develop and maintain the roadmap, schedule, epics, features, and milestones, ensuring visibility and control over deliveries. Create executive materials to present project results and status to senior management. Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and alignment of expectations. Write user stories and acceptance criteria for functionalities related to building microservices, APIs, and endpoints. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement, daily stand-ups) to monitor and guide deliveries. Collaborate with a cross-functional team composed of data engineers, backend and frontend developers, mainframe specialists, data analysts, and stakeholders. Support technical decisions regarding system integration, service exposure, and data synchronization. Contribute to cloud migration and operations initiatives (preferably on Azure). Monitor product metrics, delivery quality, and roadmap progress. Document requirements, workflows, and dependencies, ensuring traceability and governance. **Requirements and qualifications:** Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO) in projects involving software engineering teams. Hands-on experience building microservices, REST APIs, endpoints, and system integrations. Knowledge of solution architecture involving backend and frontend components. Experience in cloud computing projects (preferably Azure). Familiarity with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Ability to translate business needs into clear, technically sound, and prioritized requirements. **Desired profile:** Proactivity and strategic vision to steer the product. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and business teams. Strong negotiation skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Interest in innovation, system integration, and cloud-based solutions. **Nice-to-have:** Knowledge of data analysis and data-centric projects. Familiarity with Python and SQL.
