If you connect data, strategy, and high-impact research, this role may be your next great challenge. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Develop and lead strategic analyses to drive company growth and diverse improvements—covering topics such as monetization, partnership evaluation, process performance—by organizing and leveraging data (Big Data or other sources) and AI technologies to generate insights for your own analyses, senior leadership, and company clients. Support regulatory compliance and development of data governance, analytical data architecture, and system integration, contributing to a reliable, complete, and well-organized data environment. Responsibilities and duties Conduct management and strategic analyses—with or without Big Data—including: **o Internal KPIs:** correlation/causality analyses, proposals for new KPIs **o New business / partnerships:** business cases, valuations **o Company products:** pricing & monetization analyses **o Customer services:** analyses of customer interests Design and implement MLOps pipelines to develop, train, and monitor machine learning models delivering value to management and customers. Define and regulate analytical data governance, ensuring quality, security, and compliance across utilized data repositories. Translate complex insights into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders and customers, enabling data-driven decision-making. Standardize indicator nomenclature and data table architecture at the strategic level, aligning them with company management needs and business objectives. Review, support, and approve system integrations, promoting speed, consistency, and reliability of integrated data. Develop models and processes to efficiently scale community impact, using—where appropriate—AI-based tools and automations to optimize reach and personalization. Requirements and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in roles related to data science, analytics, or data engineering. **Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g.,** Python, R, SQL) and Big Data frameworks, where applicable. Knowledge of machine learning Proficiency in statistics and its application in management. Basic knowledge of data architecture and governance Advanced Excel **Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g.,** SWOT, NPS, CSAT, Customer Journey Analysis); Experience in data-driven cultures and cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments; Experience with system integration projects. 2512220202491822606
