We have offices in Maringá, São Paulo, and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it an *anywhere office*. **ATTENTION!** * Additionally, **advanced/fluent English** is required for daily conversation. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Lead Scrum teams on a highly relevant project, ensuring alignment, focus, and consistency in deliveries. * Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives, and backlog refinement) in an objective, clear, and results-oriented manner. * Support the team in removing impediments, managing cross-team dependencies, and organizing demands to maintain efficient workflow. * Collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to ensure deliveries align with business strategic objectives. * Monitor agile metrics and indicators to assess team health and guide continuous improvement initiatives. * Apply solid Scrum knowledge to coach the team on practices and behaviors that enhance maturity and productivity. * Accelerate delivery pace by promoting efficiency without compromising quality or delivered value. * Drive ongoing evolution of processes, systems, and organizational practices through agile methodologies. * Work directly with an SAP team, maintaining strong interaction with other Scrum Masters and partner areas. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Proven experience leading Scrum teams in agile environments. * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and managing inter-team dependencies. * Analytical ability to use metrics and indicators (e.g., throughput, lead time, cumulative flow diagram) as management and decision-making tools. * Ability to act with urgency, efficiency, and clarity in dynamic contexts with multiple concurrent responsibilities. * Experience collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment between deliveries and business goals. * Experience working within SAP teams or on projects involving complex corporate integrations. * **Fluent English**, with strong verbal and written communication skills. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Knowledge of **credit bureau business rules.** **PROCESS STAGES:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Client interview * Hiring
