Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Prior experience in customer service, collections, and/or telemarketing; * Investigative, analytical profile with attention to detail; * Strong writing skills and ability to interpret information; * Sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and focus on problem solving; * Assertive communication.
