Job Summary: Develop, implement, and monitor statistical models for pricing credit products, conduct studies and analyses to refine strategies, and collaborate across multiple departments. We maintain continuous contact with other departments and Credit Cooperatives, as our deliverables are jointly coordinated and this topic requires information sharing and alignment across multiple teams—including Credit Origination, Credit Recovery, Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Credit Risk. Therefore, topics and working groups may vary over time. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new credit pricing models, considering Sicredi’s diverse customer segments, strategies, assumptions, and products; * Implement models developed by the Credit Pricing team together with the Product team; * Monitor, review, recalculate, and recalibrate models as needed; * Propose methodological and automation improvements to cost and elasticity models; * Conduct studies and develop new proposals related to credit pricing, understanding member profiles, products, and stages of the credit lifecycle, delivering insights to inform credit strategy or new deliverables, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders; * Collaborate with various product teams, supporting data/information analysis and providing new analytical perspectives; * Interact with different data process roles (analysts, engineers, scientists, and business analysts); * Maintain necessary documentation for your deliverables; * Continuously advance your technical skills by engaging with other Credit Lifecycle Data Scientists—learning and teaching; * Present models to Credit Cooperatives and other CAS departments, highlighting usage impacts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or related disciplines; * Experience in Statistical Modeling applied to the credit market; * Strong writing, synthesis, presentation, and communication skills, adapting language appropriately for each audience; * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, SQL, SAS; * Practical experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, and ad-hoc study development; * Knowledge and experience in the Credit market; * Knowledge of Finance; * Intermediate English (desirable); * Experience in Pricing (a differentiator). **Additional Information** **\*THIS FIELD IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS\*** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business-area positions we adopt a hybrid work format consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters located at Av.
