Join our team! **Main Responsibilities** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Greet students, visitors, and prospects * Present membership plans, services, schedules, and gym advantages * Support the sales process for membership plans and renewals * Perform registrations, data updates, and system verifications * Monitor student entry and exit flow * Schedule physical assessments, trial classes, and appointments * Support promotional activities, campaigns, and internal events * Receive and route feedback, inquiries, and complaints * Maintain organization of the reception and common areas * Assist technical and administrative teams when required * Comply with internal policies, customer service standards, and conduct guidelines * **Technical Competencies** * Customer service * Basic sales and negotiation skills * Information organization and management * Use of management systems (gyms / CRM) * Microsoft Office suite and communication applications * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Weekend availability on rotating schedule Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,000.00 - R$2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
