




Job Summary: Responsible for patient orientation, examination room organization, assisting physicians in report typing, and document management, with emphasis on excellence in service delivery. Organization and management of clinical documents Conduct patient call-in and orientation from the reception area to examination rooms; prepare and organize examination rooms (with necessary materials); and assist physicians in typing reports. Also verify medical report data, print and envelope reports, and forward completed examinations to the results delivery area; additionally handle patient ticket distribution, active and inactive file organization, and direct delivery of examination results to patients—always ensuring timely execution, service excellence, and customer satisfaction. Education Requirements: Completed High School Experience Requirements: Prior experience in the healthcare field is desirable * Collect patient intake forms at reception, organize them, and call patients to examination rooms; * Prepare examination rooms by restocking and organizing supplies; * Assist physicians by typing reports and printing images for patient result delivery; * Verify data in medical reports, identify and correct potential spelling errors, and forward reports to physicians for final review; * Prepare patient identification labels, envelope medical reports, and log them for the examination results delivery area; * Organize examinations for transfer to active and inactive archives; * Distribute tickets to patients; * Deliver examination results to patients; * Issue duplicate copies of examination reports; * Organize office supplies in the department (envelopes, folders, paper); * Perform other related administrative tasks; May also support the reporting process for MRI and CT examinations: * Sort examinations by physician schedule for appropriate reporting; * Register the responsible physician for each examination in the system (based on schedule and specialty); * Type reports dictated by physicians (using the company’s voice dictation system); * Monitor medical report correction processes upon request from the Coordination Assistant or Unit Leader; * Perform general administrative tasks related to reporting for these examinations.
