If you are passionate about developing people, possess strong objective communication skills, proactively resolve problems, challenges, or unexpected situations, operate with critical thinking, and maintain discipline in meeting deadlines, this position may be perfect for you. **Responsibilities:** Analysis and execution of the following tasks/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push and Pull): \- Ensure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles, and equipment); \- Operational activities related to fleet management and documentation (preventive and corrective maintenance routines; roadside inspections; fuel consumption; cost administration; quotations; tracking; inventory and maintenance of spare parts and tires stock; traffic violation control; driver, vehicle and/or equipment documentation, etc.); \- Achievement of unit operational performance indicators; \- Compliance with legislation and maintenance of safe working conditions for freight carriers/drivers/forklift operators; \- Client relationship management; \- Relationship management with transportation providers compatible with the company’s and its client’s needs; \- Execution of related activities, complying with requests from superiors; \- Safeguarding company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); \- Strict adherence to all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications; \- Proper use of uniforms and personal protective equipment provided by the company; \- Commitment to operational goals jointly defined with the client, DPO/VPO, and Excellence Program; \- Demonstration of personal and professional behavior compatible with the role. **Requirements for this position:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Intermediate Office package proficiency; Time availability and flexibility with working hours; **Our benefits include:** Variable remuneration Meal voucher: R$ 35.00 per day Food allowance: R$ 147.45 per month Health and dental plans Life insurance Fuel allowance (paid in cash) Day Off (special leave) Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
