Job Summary: Coordinate the Recruitment and Selection department, acting strategically, leading teams, and managing end-to-end processes. Key Highlights: 1. Management of inclusion projects and behavioral assessments Coordinate the Recruitment and Selection department at Brasif Máquinas. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategic planning for the company’s Recruitment and Selection department. Handling leadership positions, candidate hunting, and competency-based interviews. Management of interns, temporary staff, and apprentices. Participation in disability inclusion initiatives and management of behavioral assessments. Contracts and agreements with recruitment consultancies and job management platforms. Leadership of analysts and interns focused on Recruitment and Selection. Reporting of key performance indicators and departmental dashboards. Management of the company’s onboarding process. Conducting evaluation processes, including experience surveys, exit interviews, and recruitment performance reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree; Psychology preferred. MBA in Human Resources Management or related field.
