Role as Fleet Manager at SS Engenharia, responsible for planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle availability and operational efficiency. Includes indicator analysis, cost management, supplier negotiation, and assurance of documentary and operational compliance, with emphasis on process optimization and strategic support to the executive team. Requirements: * Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed); * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field; * Knowledge of applied mechanics, diesel engines (heavy-duty line), transmission systems (gearbox and differential), hydraulic systems, pneumatic brakes, cooling systems, and basic electrical systems; * Experience in maintenance management (PCM/PCM\-M) and predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; * Knowledge of failure analysis (RCFA), operational cost management, and KPI monitoring.
