In addition, it is essential that the professional possess negotiation skills, knowledge of contracts, and continuously seek cost and process optimization. * Conduct price quotations for products and services with suppliers. * Analyze the market to identify new suppliers and business opportunities. * Negotiate commercial terms, delivery schedules, and payment methods with suppliers. * Evaluate received proposals, considering quality, price, and delivery schedule. * Draft and analyze purchase contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies. * Monitor the product delivery process, ensuring quality and adherence to agreed deadlines. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, seeking long-term partnerships. * Identify opportunities for cost and process optimization within the procurement area. * Participate in strategic meetings to align company needs with the procurement area. * Prepare management reports with procurement performance indicators.
