




**Job Description:** Company: The company was founded by Dr. Carla and Dr. Cleber, who—after establishing Sorridents as Latin America’s most awarded dental clinic network—expanded their operations by launching their own dental prevention plan and a management consulting firm named Sorriden, as well as DocBiz. Growth extended into the ophthalmological and aesthetic segments with the creation of Olhar Certo Ophthalmological Clinics and the acquisition of stakes in GIO Advanced Aesthetics, a well-established network in the hair removal and aesthetics market. Job Objective: The purpose of this role is to support the sales team in executing commercial and administrative activities, contributing to the growth and consolidation of the Sorridents, Olhar Certo, and GIO Advanced Aesthetics brands. This position is essential for ensuring the efficiency of commercial processes and assisting in customer acquisition and retention, while also promoting excellence in the services offered by the company. Responsibilities: * Assist in the prospecting and customer service process, aiming to expand the customer base and retain existing clients. * Collaborate in preparing sales reports and market analyses, providing insights to support decision-making. * Participate in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events, supporting the promotion of the company’s services. * Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales logs in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy for the team. * Work closely with other departments—including marketing and finance—to ensure synergy across commercial processes. * Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling and tracking tasks and projects.
