Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems **Position: Maintenance Technician (Contractor - PJ)** **Department:** Maintenance and Engineering **Compensation:** BRL to be negotiated **Variable Pay:** BRL 250.00 per week, contingent upon completion of scheduled service orders **Benefit:** Reimbursement for mileage incurred during commuting **Contract Type:** Service Provider (PJ) **Job Description** We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in high-tech environments to perform equipment maintenance, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and operational availability. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain all equipment at high levels of efficiency and productivity * Identify technical issues and perform accurate diagnostics * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems * Conduct equipment maintenance and calibration * Assist with qualification of machine installation, operation, and performance * Manage inventory of spare parts and tools * Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities * Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations * Identify improvements in maintenance processes * Provide technical support for development projects * Deliver technical support to operational units **Responsibilities** * Ensure maintenance of equipment used in tunnels and wash bays * Keep equipment fully operational and well-maintained * Manage the preventive maintenance program * Maximize equipment uptime and productivity **Requirements** * More than 5 years of maintenance experience in high-tech environments * Experience diagnosing and repairing technological equipment * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics * Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Basic knowledge of NR and NBR standards * Basic or intermediate English proficiency * Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability **Education** * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with express car wash equipment Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Up to BRL 3,861.67 per month Work Location: On-site
