**Position description:**
Work on procurement processes with tactical and operational focus, performing quotations, negotiations within authority, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up. Ensure adherence to deadlines, compliance with internal policies, traceability, and support to requesting departments.
**Responsibilities:**
* Receive and analyze the scope of Purchase Requisitions, ensuring minimum clarity for execution.
* Conduct quotations and prepare comparative commercial condition reports.
* Negotiate commercial terms within authority, in accordance with VS clauses and standards.
* Issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
* Perform delivery follow-up, coordinating with suppliers to meet agreed deadlines.
* Support demand planning by proactively informing suppliers about upcoming orders and volumes—especially for recurring demands and implementations.
* Support supplier development and prospecting activities under guidance from Senior and Lead Buyers.
* Monitor operational performance indicators and savings related to your portfolio.
* Handle invoice (NF) vs. PO reconciliations, ensuring fiscal and documentary compliance.
**Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, with focus on tactical and
* operational activities.
* Knowledge of Problem Solving techniques applied to resolving operational demands, process deviations, and purchase order tracking.
* Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for data organization, operational controls, KPI tracking, and reporting.
* Basic knowledge of tax legislation applicable to procurement processes, invoices, and contracts.
* Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred. Experience using the NIMBI platform for managing electronic procurement processes and requisitions is also required.
* Project Management knowledge is considered a plus—especially for supporting implementations and process improvements.
* Familiarity with AI and Generative AI for data analysis and organizational
