Key responsibilities include: * Performing accurate mechanical and electronic vehicle diagnostics. * Preparing detailed repair and maintenance estimates, clearly explaining required services to customers. * Acting as the liaison between the workshop and the customer, ensuring all needs and expectations are met. * Managing service scheduling to optimize workshop workflow. * Ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintaining detailed records of services performed and diagnostics conducted. **Requirements:** * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical vehicle issues. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Driver's license, Category B. * Prior experience as a post\-sales technical consultant, preferably with premium vehicles. **Education:** * Completed high school. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with workshop management and customer service software. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
