Job Summary: A technical and administrative support professional for projects, working with corporate systems and preparing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for CAD 2D/3D technical drawings and Excel **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Provide technical and administrative support for ongoing projects, monitoring requests, deadlines, and deliverables. * Work with corporate systems, focusing on **Protheus**, performing queries, data entry, and updates of project-related information. * Support the preparation, review, and organization of **technical documentation** and project reports. * Process **purchase requests**, track orders, and interface with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Production). * Develop and update **control spreadsheets and performance indicators**, using Excel at an intermediate to advanced level. * Support the development and interpretation of **CAD 2D and 3D technical drawings**. * Ensure the organization, standardization, and updating of project information in systems and internal controls. * Maintain constant communication with technical teams and other company departments to ensure alignment and process efficiency. * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of **ERP systems**, preferably **Protheus**. * Experience or familiarity with **SolidWorks**. * Knowledge of **CAD 2D and 3D**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, controls, analyses).
