




Job Summary: This professional is responsible for assisting in material loading and unloading, operating cranes, cleaning the workplace, and performing basic equipment maintenance in compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Crane operation for safe cargo transportation 2. Basic maintenance and supervision of equipment inspections 3. Workplace cleaning and organization Assist in loading and unloading materials and/or general construction site equipment transported by crane using appropriate tools/instruments (hand truck, pallet jack, lashing belts, ropes, and others). Operate the crane for cargo transportation from a safe location (mini-crane) or suspended cab (crane), using a button panel (mini-crane) or remote control (mini-crane), hydraulic controls (crane), radio communication with the ground-based crane signalman/cargo rigger, technical safety specifications and standards, and appropriate tools/instruments (radio communicator and others). Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace (cab and loading/unloading area) using appropriate tools/instruments (broom, shovel, hand truck, bucket, and others). Carry out basic/primary crane maintenance by completing the daily \"Check List\" for operations, reporting any irregularities identified to the immediate supervisor and the Occupational Safety Technician. Supervise crane inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the equipment remains in optimal condition and operational safety is maintained.
