Conduct comparative analyses among budgeted, actual, and forecasted figures, proposing corrective actions based on monthly results. * Analyze data, KPIs, and information to prepare studies that support decision-making by senior leadership and various company departments. * Lead teams in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating operational and business risks, promoting continuous improvement of internal controls. * Coordinate the implementation and review process of financial controls, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to deadlines. * Manage the risk assessment process, ensuring visibility and governance over critical risks and their respective action plans. Monitor execution of corrective action plans. * Responsible for handling internal and external audits, ensuring accurate, timely, and policy-compliant delivery of information. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in auditing, controllership, finance, or strategic management is desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience in team and controllership process management.
