**Job Description:**
**Summary of Responsibilities**
* Implementation and control of the project validation workflow
* Interface between owners and/or engineers/architects and the board/technical committee
* Project analysis to support the board/technical committee
* Handling matters related to regulations, projects, construction, and other civil engineering–related technical issues
* Preparation and review of technical opinions
* Technical support to PSR and Associations in the field of civil engineering
* Implementation and control of the construction supervision workflow
* Interface between contracted project review and construction supervision firms
* Implementation and control of the construction supervision workflow
* Notifications and penalties
**Detailed Responsibilities**
* Define and document stages of the project review workflow (receipt, verification, analysis, opinion, feedback).
* Standardize the documentary verification checklist (ART/RRT, permits, drawings, etc.).
* Record project entry and exit in spreadsheets or systems.
* Monitor response deadlines according to defined SLA.
* Maintain control and archiving of technical documentation (projects, permits, occupancy certificates).
* Update workflows when regulations or procedures change.
* Facilitate communication between owners and their technical teams, and the board/technical committee responsible for project validation.
* Receive project review requests.
* Verify completeness of documentation required for project validation.
* Prepare a preliminary opinion based on initial analysis, to be submitted to the board/technical committee for validation support.
* Forward requirements defined by the board/technical committee to the owner/project responsible party.
* Record relevant communications.
* Monitor the project review process until completion, ensuring responses are delivered within the board/technical committee’s timeframe.
* Analyze project compliance with regulations and guidelines as needed.
* Issue objective technical opinions, highlighting compliant and non-compliant items.
* Respond to technical queries from members and professionals associated with the development.
* Advise on construction requirements.
* Escalate complex topics to management or the technical committee.
* Record relevant service interactions.
* Draft opinions regarding projects, construction, and general non-conformities of the development.
* Standardize opinion templates jointly with management.
* Record history of technical decisions.
* Support the drafting or revision of internal regulations/bylaws.
* Assist management and/or boards in technical decision-making.
* Provide technical data for assemblies upon request.
* Suggest improvements to construction standards.
* Assist in defining inspection phases.
* Assist in standardizing the construction supervision report, which must be submitted by contracted supervision firms.
* Update workflows per regulatory changes, assembly resolutions, or management/board directives.
* Centralize communication with firms contracted for project review and/or construction supervision.
* Monitor and supervise inspection execution.
* Review and record pending items/irregularities identified in supervision reports.
* Monitor and ensure resolution of identified pending items/irregularities.
* Prepare and issue notifications—with or without penalties—to owners violating regulations regarding projects or construction.
* Centralize communication with firms contracted for project review and/or construction supervision.
* Monitor and supervise inspection execution.
* Review and record pending items/irregularities identified in supervision reports.
* Monitor and ensure resolution of identified pending items/irregularities.
* Prepare and issue notifications—with or without penalties—to owners violating regulations regarding projects or construction.
**Education/Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

**Work Format:**
On-site — Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00
***Additional Preferred Qualifications include courses/experience related to project areas; post-construction; condominiums/associations.
