Preparation and analysis of technical reports and customer responses ***JOB DESCRIPTION:*** Coordinate and support non-conformance analysis activities and customer support Manage activities related to customer requests Prepare customer-related activity reports (e.g., 8D) Monitor customer quality performance indicators Support the manufacturing system by representing the Quality team on the shop floor Assist in maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Experience handling customer interactions (internal/external) Required Qualifications: EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Quality, or related fields EXPERIENCE: Experience in metallurgical, automotive parts, or automotive industries Prior experience in the Quality field Advanced English is a plus ***SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:*** Experience handling customer interactions (internal/external) Hands-on experience in industrial production processes Proficiency in quality tools: APQP, MASP, 8D, SPC, MSA, PDCA, Kaizen, and PPAP Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, and Standardized Work Preparation and analysis of technical reports and customer responses Development of procedures and Work Instructions Monitoring of quality and manufacturing indicators (FTQ, OEE) Reading and interpretation of technical drawings (GD\&T) Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001\) Experience with 5S Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
