Prior experience as an instructor or knowledge multiplier is desirable Job Title SM 3121 INITIAL TRAINING INSTRUCTOR - CNC MACHINING - VOLTA REDONDA Academic Qualifications Completed high school and/or Technical Certification in Industrial Mechanics, with recognized professional experience in Conventional and CNC Mechanical Machining; a completed undergraduate degree (full bachelor's or technological) in Mechanical-related fields is considered an advantage. Professional Experience Proven industrial experience in Conventional and CNC Mechanical Machining is required. Prior experience as an instructor, knowledge multiplier, team leader, or internal training support is desirable. 1st Area of Knowledge Conventional and CNC Mechanical Machining, cutting tool specification and parameter definition, dimensional and geometric tolerances, metrology, mechanical drawing, and prototyping. Familiarity with AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, FUSION 360, hydraulics, pneumatics, management tools, Microsoft Office suite, educational technologies, and project work is desirable.
