Job Summary: The apprentice will support the Continuous Improvement department in developing and implementing initiatives to increase operational efficiency and improve processes. Key Highlights: 1. Together, we continue enhancing our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Continuous Improvement department focuses on developing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, reducing waste, improving processes, supporting production areas, monitoring performance indicators, and strengthening an operational excellence culture. The apprentice will be responsible for: * Supporting the updating of performance indicators (KPIs) * Filling out and managing operational spreadsheets * Assisting in data collection from production areas * Supporting 5S activities and improvement initiatives * Assisting in management routines and performance meetings * Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports **Requirements and Qualifications** What Vigor expects: * Minimum age of 18 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Work location: Barra do Piraí/RJ factory; * Employment type: 100% on-site; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Additional Information** Benefits: • Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher • Life Insurance • Transportation Voucher We believe our results come from our dedication!
