Design, implement, and maintain the RevOps tool ecosystem. **About the Role** ================ We are looking for a **RevOps Systems Engineer** to join our **Finance** team. This role involves architecting, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that connects Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, with a special focus on evolving the tech stack (HubSpot, Nekt) and system integrations. Your objective will be to ensure a scalable GTM engine with absolute data integrity to support Lastro’s expansion and scaling phase. **Your Key Deliverables:** ----------------------------- * Design, implement, and maintain the RevOps tool ecosystem (HubSpot, Metabase, Retool, Data Lake, etc.), ensuring performance and scalability; * Establish data quality standards and create validation and cleansing processes to ensure *Revenue Ledger* accuracy; * Anticipate infrastructure needs and, in partnership with the Product team, build technical solutions to support operational growth; * Maintain clear technical documentation of data flows, integrations, and system architecture to ensure compliance and historical traceability; * Ensure all implementations follow information security best practices and LGPD compliance. **Profile We Are Seeking:** ------------------------ * Experience identifying complex system interactions and designing end-to-end solutions serving multiple stakeholders; * Expertise in data modeling, information flows, and data governance best practices; * Advanced technical knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar); * Strong SQL foundation and ability to develop scripts (Python, JavaScript or similar); * Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and document processes accessibly; * Capability to connect recorded data with business analytics needs to solve complex problems; * Highly ownership-oriented profile, autonomous in managing infrastructure, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities. **Nice-to-Haves:** ----------------- * Prior experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops roles or with related tools; * Experience with Retool or other no/low-code platforms for building internal tools; * Familiarity with finance concepts (MRR, ARR, churn, expansion); * Knowledge of DevOps practices and configuration versioning; * Experience in B2B SaaS companies.
